BY THE HORNS SOUNDTRACK
Without question, one of the great pairings of the modern world is heavy metal and comic books. For this project, I was fortunate to re-team with the writer and co-creator of By the Horns, Markisan Naso for the release of the comic’s soundtrack featuring 2 epic songs from the band Arctic Sleep and being released on 7” vinyl. I was provided with the stunning cover art, featuring the story’s main character Elodie, illustrated by Jason Muhr (who is the illustrator and co-creator of By the Horns) and colored by Rico Renzi. I created a layout complimentary of the cover, continuing with its intensity but also helping express the atmosphere of the music and the intensity of Elodie’s journey.
